Coach, The game we love is under attack. When the Game Stands Tall is a super effective counter attack. This film emotionally communicates all of the positive reasons we coaches have devoted so much of our lives to football.
When the Game Stands Tall opens THIS FRIDAY. Lets make sure this movie succeeds and puts the game of football back in a positive light! Sincerely, Chris Coughlin, CEO Glazier Football Clinics View the movie trailer and other video clips.Learn about group tickets.

I ask this because I'm legitimately interested-
Do you guys (Glazier Clinics I mean) have a stake in this movie? Are you a partial producer or financially into the film? I mean, you guys either are way, way enthusiastic about the film and it's impact on the world of football or you are poised to make some cash off of it.

The Book of the same title was very good, I can only imagine that the movie should be also. Great program, great coach, an unbelievable influence!

Coach, We are not financially invested in this movie, but we are part of the team tasked with promoting it. And we are very enthusiastic about it because we think it can have an impact on the world of football and those who don't like the game. We had a chance to screen the movie a couple of months ago and it really resonated with our staff of football coaches and coach educators. The winning streak is impressive, but this movie really demonstrates what is important about playing football and coaching football with the goal of putting in perfect effort. Everything we have said in the promotion of this film is our thoughts, because we really believe in it. Go check it out and let us know what you think. Thank you, Jamieson Glazier Clinics

Wasn't trying to infer anything, just was legitimately wondering why the hype. I'm glad it's a legitimate interest rather than financial. Unfortunately, in today's world, that is a rare case. I read the book probably 9 years ago and it was outstanding. I hope this is one of the cases where the movie equals the book.

I absolutely loved the book. The movie Perfect Effort is also about De La Salle and VERY good.

Saw the movie last Saturday. Was pretty solid. My wife and kids (age 9 and 6) really liked it to. Would recommend.

A local men's church group sponsored a trip for us to take the whole team Monday night. We took about 120 kids (FR/JV/Var) to see it and you could have heard a pin drop during the whole movie.
Very Strong.

I'm glad to hear this opinion of the movie from a couple people I trust! I really had my doubts when I saw the first couple previews for the film.

I wasn't as positive about it immediately after watching as my wife and kids were. Mostly because I tend to expect way too much out of a football movie. I didn't even kinda like Remember the Titans when I first saw it because of that. I liked this movie at first viewing more than Titans. I imagine this movie, like Titans, will grow on me even more as time wears on.
