I have got to quit complaining (whining) to the officials after every call doesn't go our way. Was talking to one of the other coaches the other day and he even said he had never seen me complain so much to officials. My son (one of our players) also said the same thing.
I am thinking about doing a 12 step program this basketball season. I am going to talk to every basketball official that I see that did one of our football games and apologize to him!

Wow I could fill a page here after this year but here are just a couple that I really need to get off my chest:
I need to allow outside distractions be just that, OUTSIDE... Too many times this year I lost sleep, spent time talking to my family, or even just allowed it to creep into my head in untimely situations, while thinking about things that were outside of my control and football.
I need to find an offensive system that I truly believe in. I love running the football but just can't completely commit to doing in the same way every year and that hurts our kids.
Along with above, I need to find better ways to get our play makers the ball in roles so they can succeed. Our play makers just didn't make plays this year, and I blame myself for not allowing them to.

I need to do a better job of organizing practices.
