You should be able to adjust or adapt to your situation and personnel fairly easily.
You will know your opponents better - and they you.
Everybody - coaches, players, parents - will have been through the program and should know the expectations. So things should go smoother, and you can rightfully be less tolerant of deviations.
You will get less direct help from those who hired you. They will expect you to get more done on your own.
The honeymoon will be over. You need to start showing positive results on the field.

On the field, things will get better. With better performance will come greater expectations. The kids will be familiar with you, and you with them. That should/will show itself on the field. The parents will expect more, but they should know how thngs will be done within the program. Stick with your plan! Teach, reteach, and rep! Your confidence in your kids will build their confidence. There will also be more critics (that comes with the territory), however, where those critics come from may surprise you! Some will come from within the walls of your own building, while others will come from parents who want what they want for their kid, and not for all of the kids! Believe in your own plan!
