how do you prepare for a team that runs a lot of stunts and with man coverage?

When we had good talent it wasn't as big an issue because we could just throw it up to our stud and he would make them pay.Now that our talent pool is low we have a real problem with this.Aloy of Quicks and rub routes but if you don't complete some early it can get ugly.The outside sweed is good for us but we never take it all the way when we should so we end up back in the same situation.Block down and kick schemes really have been our best ideas lately.Examples power-counter.

cookie, do you pair the power/counter at all? if so, how do you determine which one to run?

fish, we do that no matter what, but we teach to see the linebacker all the way through the process, four hands on the down guy, four eyes on the linebacker

No I never have.I think you run the one that you are the best at that particular year.I watched NB Canyon run the counter qb counter and never have to run another play because that year they were so good at it.
