www.2theadvocate.com/news/51446187.htmlSummary: Baton Rouge area principal is suing claiming he was fired because he did not succumb to the pressures from the system superintendent to fire his head coach. Should this bear out, I applaud this administrator.

In my first job the principal was already past his years to retire, he could walk out the door anytime he wanted. He stood up to the school board and parents on several issues and he did refuse to fire the head coach as long as he was principal despite pressure. It never cost him his job...but as soon as he retires the head coach was fired. The district also chose a puppet to be the next principal.

I saw this one coming from WAYYYY back.. Some people do not have enough sense or ability to decide the direction a trash route should go.. and yet.. they are in charge of a whole school system.

thee school boards and big time programs without big time salary to the coach. I applaud that principle.
