Follow up question for this:
For those of you who just do indy drills and a lap (or either or) around the field for practice, what are you doing in your pregame?

Our practice begins with a whistle. Our skill are involved in a circle drill where QBs are throwing to receivers to get themselves warmed up. OL/DL are doing the same with stances and starts. Once our specialists are warm, our punters, snappers, and kickers will begin their thing. This period lasts 15 minutes. A whistle brings everybody together where we meet as a team and talk about what needs to be accomplished in that session. We break out of there and have a dynamic stretch/form run which lasts 10 min. and we roll from there.
