I am one of those coaches who isn't up to date on all the rules in football. I'm embarrassed about it but it's the truth. Does anyone have a link to NFHS rules on-line?

I don't know if you're a member or not but in order to access the online rules book you have to be a member of the NF.

You can still download the books. You just have to be a federation member. I think you can buy a web only membership for $20 for the year.
That said, I'm pretty sure someone emailed redbudfan the books already.
